Banana fritters ( Mofo akondro )

Go Through The Below Given Recipe


    • Put the flour and cornmeal, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl and mix everything together.
    • Add water or milk as needed, but make sure the batter is well mixed.
    • Heat the oil well, pour the batter with the banana using a ladle and spread it out well.
    • QWhen it is well cooked, flip it over!


    - 4 bananas

    3 tbsp of flour

    - a bit of sugar

    - 11.5 tbsp of corn flour

    - 1 pinch of baking powder

    - Milk or water (according to your taste)
