Go Through The Below Given Recipe


    • Mix the yeast with warm water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
    • Mix all the ingredients (then put them together in a bowl)
    • The dough should not be too soft but not too stiff, the warm water helps, and when it receives a massage like pancake batter, it will be fine.
    • Let it soak for 1 night or 4 hours and cover with a cloth.
    • Then put it on a low heat.
    • Before pouring in the batter, lightly oil the pan so it doesn't get too dry. When you see that the other side is well cooked, flip it over.


     2 cups of rice flour

     1 glass of flour

     Sugar (the sweetness you like)

     1/2 teaspoon of salt

     1 packet of yeast (7 g)

     20 cl of coconut milk + 3 tablespoons of coconut

     1 egg
