Cook the pork meat in a pot filled with water. The meat should be tender and the water evaporated.
Meanwhile, crush the garlic cloves with a little salt and sugar using a mortar and pestle.
Add this mixture to the meat and stir until the pork is golden brown.
Then pour in the "ravitoto" and a bowl of water into the pot. Let simmer for about thirty minutes.
After the elapsed time, check the cooking of the "ravitoto": if a nice smell emanates from it, your dish is ready, otherwise, add a little water and continue cooking.
